To be eligible for an internship at the West Island CALACS, you must be fluently bilingual and comfortable with feminist intervention. We do not accept internships that are shorter than one academic year.

Every year, we provide training to women who wish to become volunteers within our organisation.
There are many different ways to get involved, such as becoming a member of the board of directors or one of our various committees, or even by assisting in support services or prevention activities.
To become a volunteer, you must attend a one-day training session. Sessions are offered in the fall and winter. This volunteer training is mandatory for all new volunteers. Please fill out the form below if you would like to be contacted about the next training session.
If you wish to volunteer by providing support services, additional training is offered and required. For further information, please contact the volunteer coordinator.
The West Island CALACS is a non-profit organisation. If you would like to support the organization by making a donation, a tax receipt will be remitted for all donations over $20.
